At LYXQL, we produce large slewing bearings, primarily used in wind power and tunneling industries. Our facility is equipped with advanced machines, including the Saet CNC seamless induction hardening machine, high-speed precision gear milling machines, and CNC five-axis machining centers. These tools help us continuously enhance our production capabilities.
LYXQL was one of the first companies in China to use CNC induction hardening equipment without a soft zone, breaking the reliance on foreign technology. This allows us to manufacture offshore high-power, large cone angle, double-row tapered roller bearings, replacing imported products and establishing ourselves as a key supplier for China’s large wind turbine manufacturers.
- Forging capacity
We produce over 330,000 tons of forgings each year, including large ring forgings with diameters up to 12 meters and individual weights up to 80 tons.
- Rollers and steel balls
We manufacture rollers ranging from 15mm to 150mm in diameter with top-notch precision. Our combined monthly production of rollers and steel balls reaches nearly 1,500 tons.
- Slewing bearings
Our production capacity includes 30,000 sets of slewing bearings annually.
- Induction hardening
We use advanced seamless induction hardening technology without soft zones on bearings up to 10 meters in diameter, applicable to wind turbine main bearings, shield tunneling machine bearings, large centrifugal casting machine bearings, and rolling mill bearings.
- Wind power components
We supply a full range of key components for the wind power industry, including main bearings, pitch bearings, yaw bearings, gearbox bearings, wind turbine tower flanges, shrink discs, and couplings, supporting a complete supply chain for wind turbine bearings.
